We were "those types" of millennials... The one's with the never-ending lists of "must haves", "wants" and "nice to haves" for our first home and all amidst a global pandemic. It was the biggest investment and a proud feat to be doing this by ourselves and we are ever so Thankful to Michelle for helping us through it all! Just like her slogan, Michelle IS the real deal "House Mom". She is warm and kind in her approach and is very organized with her communication, especially when it came to sending out listings each morning. We were grateful for these email lists as it was near impossible to walk through all the homes, especially during a pandemic. But, with her diligently looking out for all listings within our price range, with all our asks and within all cities we were interested in, it was a hassle free browse for us and we felt that no good opportunities were missed. All the homes we wanted to see in person were booked in for a viewing and soon figuring out the style of home we liked, she was able to book in some last minute homes to view, which was an unexpected treat during our "viewing dates". If we had a question, she had an answer and if she didn't know, she would make sure we had an answer by end of day. Some may say that the search for your home (first or after) can be daunting, but it really depends on who you pick as your realtor too. We definitely did our homework before choosing Michelle so that you don't have to! 😉 (you are so welcome.)
